- We allow free cancellation up to 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. 50% partial refund if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. 25% partial refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date. We retain 100% of the reservation fee for ‘no-shows’.
- Additional rules information
- A security deposit fee of £200 is collected prior to your arrival date via preauthorised hold or bank transfer. This fee is returned to your account after successful inspection by our cleaning team once it is confirmed T&Cs have not been breached.
