All our properties come with free allocated parking for one vehicle and does not require prebooking prior to arrival.
A security deposit fee of £200 is collected prior to your arrival date via preauthorised hold or bank transfer. This fee is returned to your account after successful inspection by our cleaning team once it is confirmed T&Cs have not been breached.
Unfortunately , we do not accommodate pets in any of our properties.
No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. You will always be notified should our cleaning or maintenance teams require access.

We allow free cancellation up to 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. 50% partial refund if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. 25% partial refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date. We retain 100% of the reservation fee for ‘no-shows’.
Our core check-in time is from 15:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check in or late check are also available however this is subject to availability.
